PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF YOUR PLAY…
In a nutshell, below is a quick guide on how to purchase your play…
Once you have found a play that interests you; open the feature page for that play by selecting the ‘Square’ icon. Note, if you select the ‘Heart’ icon, this play will be added to your Wishlist. The Wishlist option is also available from the feature page.
From here you can find out more about the play, add the play to your Wishlist and/or purchase the play and complete the relevant Performance Licence application questions. If your dates and other performance details have not yet been finalised… Then your best educated guess will be perfectly fine. Please refer to “Backstage Matters / Licences Required” for further details. First you will need to select whether or not you would like to make an archival recording of your stage-play for keepsake purposes. Please select or de-select the Archival Video Fee option, as required. Refer to the Backstage Matters menu for more information on Archival Video Fees. Next… Select the Performance Licence Application option and complete the questionnaire. Once you have completed all the required details; Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
Select the “View Cart” option in the top right-hand corner of the Feature Page. If you have a Coupon Code from Stage-Write Plays, please enter your code here (you can also enter it at the Checkout). Once you are happy that everything is as it should be; simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Alternatively, you can continue browsing and when you are ready, select the “Checkout” option from the Shopping Cart icon located in the top righthand corner of the website.
Double check your details and enter any comments in relation to your order (your Order Notes will be seen by Stage-Write Plays – in case you need to ask or tell us anything). Once you are satisfied that your details are correct, answer the simple CAPTCHA question, choose your payment method and click on the “Place Order” button.
Once your payment has been processed; you will receive 3 emails from us… One confirming that your order has been completed, another enclosing the receipt/invoice for your purchase and finally, a backup copy of the very important Performance Licence Application. Please then follow our easy instructions to download the materials you have purchased.
